“Great jumper quickly despatched. Only issue is the sleeve length. For me the size L is perfect everywhere but the sleeves are about 4" too short. Doesn't stop me wearing it.”

“After I ordered 2 jumpers in the wrong size and took the labels off, they said they were unable to exchange for the correct size - they then promised to compensate me with vouchers but then ignored all my emails.”

“I ordered my parcel 12 days ago and it hasn't arrived. The estimated time was between 3-6 days. When I track the order it seems that it hasn't even left Heathrow airport. None from Bellfield has reached me out. Very disappointing”

I have looked into this further for you and I can see that your parcel is currently waiting to be processed by the customs team in Germany. Unfortunately, due to covid-19, there are delays with parcels being processed at this time which is beyond our control and I can only apologise about the delay. Once your order leaves customs, you'll be able to continue tracking your order using the tracking information provided via email and your parcel should be released from customs soon. “I left a review a week or so back, criticising some QC issues with a recently delivered item. The Head of Customer Service at Bellfield reached out almost immediately and a replacement item was sent out without delay. Great service and a more than satisfactory resolution to the issue so thanks, Dan, and all the team at Bellfield!”
