“the young lady I spoke to was polite, well-spoken and despite having a remarkably giddy laugh gave very good advice on Life Insurance and Pensions.
She asked a lot of questions and her answers were based on what I was telling her not some pre-set script. I hope my review of life and pension provision will be as rewarding.

He said that I was not doing a very good job on it. I asked him what he said as I thought I heard him wrong. And he said it again. This I found very upsetting and am still in shock that someone can call you out of the blue to upset you. Is this how it works?”
