“Unfourtunatly the dealing with your company difficult for international client actually i order from you coltene device and i send you mony through master card and you send me confirmation then one of your seller told me we cant shipped becsuse we refund the mony because your bank no acceptand till now i dont receive refund money although it pass more than 10 days i hope in future make it simple and deal with your bank to accept international payment because you are big company and we want to order from you . Thanks”

Hi Zahraa I hope that your refund has now been received to your bank account. I was quite surprised to read your negative review as we had responded to all your requests promptly and kept you informed of what happening at each stage, please understand that we have to take advice from our banks when taking payments from new international customers when there is no history attached to a Credit Card, we have quite a lot of international customers that pay by Credit Card but the majority are happier to pay by Bank Transfer. I hope that if you still require the items ordered you will have no problem transferring the payment and that we can move forward and built a good working relationship. I await you reply Jane

Good morning Roelof Grove, I am sorry to see that you feel this way. May I ask who you were in contact with at BF Mulholland Ltd? At the moment your products are on back order which is holding up the delivery. “Burs holder was great, GP is v good. Mirror ok handle too thin thoguht would be thicker gives pain in hand after long use, bleach kit ok used other brand before that would cause less sensitive and would make teeth whiter”

“I received my order within 2 days. However I don't know why they couldn't have sent them by post. It was just a few toothbrushes. They really didn't need to be delivered by courier and would have cost a lot less. That's the reason for 4 stars instead of 5.”

“pls. send us tracking number as soon as possible as we already sent the amount since last week. I am very disappointed due to the delay of the order as i understood the order will not be sent completely and we have already have a dead line with ministry of Health to be delivered on end of May but now we will pay a penalty due to that delay.”
