“paid extra for express 2 day delivery. 3 weeks later after several attemps to contact and enquire and then cancel (had to buy elsewhere) delivered with no comment/explanation or apology. No return via courrier (who were asked not to deliver). Will never use this company again.”

We have looked at this order and it does seem the delivery process took much longer than it should of as it seems to have got held up in the courier's network, our sincere apologies for this delay.

Upon ordering the battery, communication was good and the battery arrived very quickly. The cost was also the best I found online for genuine parts.

I have no idea if the strength of the helmet has been compromised. This is not acceptable for a piece of safety equipment!”
