As we discussed on the phone, we have CCTV cameras at all packing stations and barcode scans on all products to prevent issues like these occuring. We asked if the box was opened or had any damage before looking into the CCTV footage. As you confirmed that the box was all in tact and delivered in the exact state as when we sent it out, we continued to review the cameras. Everything was present when the order left us leading us to believe that everything did in fact arrive.

Thank you for the feedback. Just so you are aware, all of our packaging is made from 100% recycled materials and is recyclable. We also do not include paper invoices to be more environmentally friendly.
