“The items ordered were shown as in stock but at no point during the ordering process was there any indication of an eta so I telephoned and was told two to three working days so having placed the order on a Tuesday, expected delivery by Thursday/Friday but it never arrived until Monday and only then because one of your colleagues upgraded the order to next day delivery FOC.”
