“Good range of components at reasonable prices but their shop side would not accept my debit card for unknown reasons, I thought the payment had gone through until they sent a 'did you forget something' message, so I had to use PayPal in the end though I prefer not to use them. On complaining about this problem the rep was helpful but had no answers to the issue. Now I find that I accidentally ordered 2 of the same component, they offered to accept a return in good faith, so we will see if they issue a full refund in good faith.”
