“I ordered a new cassette which was at a good price. It was dispatched very promptly but Evri (Hermes) lost the parcel. I contacted Bikeparts and they sent out another cassette via Royal Mail. There was no problem with that delivery. So, top marks to Bikeparts for sorting out the delivery problem quickly and without fuss. Less good marks for Evri !!!”
