Good customer service - I had a question about the size and it was answered quickly. The sunglasses look great and do feel like good quality. I'll be looking at getting a second pair from bird at some point I'm sure!

Unfortunately, half the order was wrong so had to send a pair back.
Took a while to get a response and customer service wasn’t all that helpful.
Mixed bag.
