They will say those funds got frozen and you need to send a greater amount to unlock all. They pretend to be a part of Blockchain but are not. Against my better judgment, I sent first amount, they claim blockchain froze it. I can only say. A few Estonians are a bit richer until I fill out forms of retrieval tomorrow”
