“Attention: After a few successful withdrawals, further withdrawals are suddenly held hostage until you deposit additional large sums (BTC, ETH and USDT) to "activate" your account. In addition to the usual KYC procedures, no reputable CEX/DEX will ever ask you to deposit additional funds before you can access the payments you have already made. This practice is also not documented in the Terms of Use. From my point of view, just another SCAM in the world of crypto, so stay away.”

“I was wondering if I needed a recovery code in case I couldn't use my 2FA. I asked the chatbot, and it informed me that I would receive an email with a response. The email came through with clear information that fully answered my question.”

“Bixdep is a solid crypto exchange with strong security settings, a decent app, and a wide range of currencies Plus, there’s been almost no downtime so far. Coming from Binance, I do miss the ability to see the value of all cryptocurrencies against Bitcoin (the BTC pairs). Adding this feature would be a huge improvement”

“I encountered difficulty creating an account and mistakenly attempted to create a new one, not realizing the prohibition against having more than one account. Thankfully, when I sought help, I was pleasantly surprised to find real people assisting, not just a chatbot. Everything got sorted out wonderfully. Thanks a lot!”
