“They claim to selling 'Norwegian waffles'..I am from Norway and I know Norwegian waffles. The waffles they served me and my family were not Norwegian waffles. Norwegian waffles are soft and fluffy. Theirs were hard, cardboard like, burnt. No good. I complained and still nothing was done about it. The brown cheese was great and so was the jam inside, but that was nothing to do with their great baking/cooking skills. Very disappointed and I will not be going back there again; especially cuz the staff were so rude as well. Putting a burnt waffle in front of me and when I tell her it's burnt, she starts making excuses. Hate food going in the bin so I did finish it, but it was bad! Btw, this review is based on my experience at their deansgate branch.”
