“In recent times, technology has proven to be more sophisticated and just like any other currency that can be stolen or lost, crypto and other digital assets has proven to be more difficult to recover but not impossible, and just like searching for any other monetary currency, you need a trustworthy and honest agency or personnel who can track and recover the value lost or stolen, in my case I hired levislucas @ yahoo. com , they followed up my case and they was able to recover over 95% of my stolen funds within a couple of weeks. The fees for the services I received was fair and communication was excellent.”

“I had a significant holding with this company. Over ₿0.5 and around £2.5k of other cryptocurrencies. I decided (in hindsight unwisely) to transfer my Bitcoin to an interest-bearing account on their server, this is subject to a 7-day holding period. Within 2 days of doing this, I received an e-mail telling me that I had violated their terms and conditions and that my account would be frozen in 24 hours. I managed to remove my other holdings however, as my Bitcoin was held for 7 days I lost access to it. Then began my trial with their support. It took nearly a month to get a reply and after a while, the support agent agreed to transfer my Bitcoin to an address I gave them within 24 hours. At this point, all contact from support stopped and my coin was not transferred. Then began another month of one-sided dialogue with no reply from support and no sign of my Bitcoin. Eventually after reading the reviews on this website (appalling reviews I might add) I saw someone had reported them to the Consumer Finance Protection Bureau (Google them) and had a positive result. I did the same and within 2 days I had my Bitcoin returned to me. Shout out to the Consumer Finance Protection Bureau which doesn’t charge for this service and a big negative to Blockchain.com. I am pretty sure if the Consumer Finance Protection Bureau hadn’t got involved I would not have got my coin back. Believe me, the thought of losing over ₿0.5 caused me a good deal of stress.”

“I cannot express my utmost disappointment with blockchain. Their refusal to process my withdrawal has left me furious and utterly dissatisfied. This experience has been nothing short of a nightmare, and even was able to retrieve my funds back, I feel compelled to share my grievances to prevent others from falling into the same distressing predicament. First and foremost, blockchain refusal of my withdrawal was completely unjustifiable. I followed all of their stipulated procedures and provided all the necessary documentation, yet they still arrogantly decided to withhold my funds. I want to say a very big thank you to ADMK LTD. “They blocked my little 300$ and asked to be re-verified KYC and bank statements of transactions from 2022. I did provide all that, got verified and they told me that they will close my account and refund my crypto. It been 3 months since open the ticket and 2 weeks since I wait for my refund and no response from their customer support. If I open new ticket they are closing it and they told me to refer to the open one..: and there no response no auction!! Ticket nr: #4909611. I work very hard for this little amount but it’s my money and Afther providing prof of funds they still don’t release it.. statements of transactions etc.”

“This is a scam site that sells your details to hackers and phishing scams, they have no support for consumers complaints go in responded to. They operate from Cayman where they hide behind lack of regulation and tax haven whilst fleecing their customers in domestic markets like UK. In my own case they have stolen funds from my account and after 3 weeks still don’t respond to complaints or requests for help. They are borderline insolvent and using client money to prop up their failing operations. Beware!”

“It's a fraud, a complete waste of time, and even though you wind up making a ton of money, they keep your deposit and anything you make. My money is not refunded, and the website disappears. I was about to give up when Conceptstrd came into my life and worked their magic to get my money back plus MY profit in a couple of days. “Been with them for years. Just HODL BTC....nothing special. Out of the blue they told me to get my coins out of my wallet within 24 hours or I will lose them. This is an obvious scam/threat on their part. Lucky I was near my PC and not on holiday or I would be out of pocket. I have no idea what they are playing at but does this sound normal? Be VERY VERY careful dealing with them. Look at their other feedback. Mostly bad.”

“I personally do not have an existing account with this company but my card was compromised and transaction totaling $15,000 was traced to this company. I have no idea why someone who isn't me would be able to purchase crypto on your end without crosschecking names with the submitted KYC. Do better. I sorted my issues by filling a report with the local police and also at (edgetophub.digital) money was traced and retrieved.”
