“Ordered a couple of pairs of decorated slippers, one for myself and one for my niece. They arrived very promptly and the quality was excellent - really soft leather and beautiful colours. Will definitely be back for more things in the future.”

“Recently purchased a bag from the sale. Although the description included the word misfit, it suggested the item was a little different, possibly shading etc. However it should clearly state faulty as the bag I bought was faulted. I did contact Bohemia design Ltd by email and received very unsatisfactory reply. Was very disappointed and won’t purchase again”

“Returning the item as it was not made clear or very visible that you would only get one. Title says mirrors. Also ordered brass and its actually quite a brash gold colour so doesnt fit in.”

“It was easy to order from Bohemia and it didn´t take long until my parcel arrived. It was a real pleasure to unpack and discover how nicely and safely the Moroccan slippers had been handled. I really like my new slippers. Thank you.”

“Ordering process easy and efficient with very good communication regarding order status, with flexible delivery options. Leather pouffe matched description and photographs on the website, but I was a little disappointed with its filling which is uneven and makes it uncomfortable to sit on.”

“I bought the chocolate leather square pouffe, filled. Dates were confused for delivery which was not ideal and there were clear stain marks on the leather by zip. The stuffing was lumpy and didnt provide the 'give' that you would expect and so not that comfortable to sit on. Overall l I was disappointed. I returned the item and was refunded immediately.”

Hi Claire, We are sorry you were disappointed with your leather pouffe. These are completely hand cut and stitched using soft natural leather which is then oiled by hand. Occasionally you will see marks from this slow crafting process. We stuff the pouffes with coir, a natural upholstery fibre, in the knowledge that they will soften and bed down in time to the perfect shape. “Lovely products and a personal service. The delivery was made complicated because the designated receiver of my order decided it was too large for them, not Bohemia's fault but they resent the item really fast and were considerate and polite throughout.”
