“ unhelpful customer service, delivery did not arrive, had to collect at the post office and got no refund for the express delivery I paid for. I ordered two identical items, which were different wood, size and thickness. I understand that hand made items differ a bit but mine don't even look similar. ”

I've been wearing every day inside the house and some parts of the stitchings have already come loose and the leather sole has worn out. I'm wondering if those slippers are designed to last for a short time? ”

“ It was easy to shop and delivery was efficient. HOWEVER, the leather pouffe smells VERY strongly and UNPLEASANTLY and there are no instructions for getting rid of the smell. “ I bought the chocolate leather square pouffe, filled. Dates were confused for delivery which was not ideal and there were clear stain marks on the leather by zip. The stuffing was lumpy and didnt provide the 'give' that you would expect and so not that comfortable to sit on. Overall l I was disappointed. I returned the item and was refunded immediately. ”

“ Courier company used were useless. I asked for delivery on a specific date and took day off work for the delivery to my house. They didn't deliver, they had misplaced the parcel in their warehouse. The finally located parcel and I arranged to be picked up from local store. They didn't deliver to the local store but they then sent it back to Bohemia. So dissatisfied. ”

“ First problem was that I paid for next day delivery which did not happen. I was refunded the postage. When the item arrived, the package had a hole in it and the basket also had a hole. I have been told I will be sent another when the damaged goods are returned. ”
