“This was one of the most difficult experiences with online shopping. The website repeatedly failed to load pages, the search by size didn’t work, meaning I had to check each item to see if they had my size, and the PayPal payment page won’t load on a mobile. It took me three days of frustration to order a bra. I want to like this company, but they are making it really difficult to purchase from.”

“I am a PT and a size DD Group Fitness instructor. I wear at least one sports bra a day, often having multiple changes throughout the day so i go through ALOT of sports bras. Boobydoo have a lot of really good brands that i like, i would give them 5 stars BUT ive had trouble with the Freya brand bras that i purchased, i bought one and loved it, bought an idential second which was a completly different material and very rigid. As soon as id recieved the second and annoyingly cut the tags off, the first Freya completly came apart. All the threads round the body seemed to almost dissolve. I contacted Boobydoo, who contacted Freya and nothing despite several prompts from me. Stings a bit to get 3 wears out of a £40 bra. If it was a physical store i thik it would be easier to get a resolution. Ill stick to the brands that i trust now.”

I had a look at your order history and it does seem that you ordered 2 different Freya Sports Bras. If this is the case, then the fit and style of them would not be the same. “Great website and service, but the bras were a terrible fit on me. The bra kind of separated my bosoms and sent them out to the side, my bf found this hilarious! Unfortunately, this bra was the only option in my size (32G/GG).”

“Cup size seems huge on me but I just got my regular size. The bra is comfy but the centre boning pulls away from my chest making me think the back size is made smaller and cup size bigger. Shame as it’s a nice looking bra”

“I used the quiz to find out which bra would be right for me and bought the first that was suggested as it looked the most me. It's a bit tight in the band but not really enough to warrant getting it exchanged to the next size up. I like that the straps are adjustable.”
