“I started working with them in December of 2023 it seemed to be going well until their readbacks contained errors they fixed them then after they formated only 15 of the 31 chapters they changed t number I used to call them. I panicked after emails went unanswered. Thankfully I was c able t get the bank t refund my money. At the very least they could have informed Andre and company if they could not finish the project I hope t be signing w a new company. However I liked the formatting they did on t 15 chapters that is all.”
