Staff inefficient and discourteous!!
Collected specs as ordered and paid for discounted with Boots card ordered an extra pair and was told no discount did not have discount card with me.
I am disabled and it would mean a fifteen mile round trip to collect the card.
Staff complained that they would have to go into the system to help
This time it would be a one off only.
I will not trouble you again thanks for nothing!!!!”
