Your driver opened the window and Told us he couldn’t take us and placed his belongings on the seat. Fortunately my husband stated we would all sit in the back despite my father in law Being a larger guy.. but to be fair he he had already decided he did not want us in his cab.. I get with Covid19 rules can be difficult but he was rude, did not try to help and showed no common sense whatsoever.. I will never use your service again, absolute disgrace!! An elderly gentleman who was very evidently ill and he refused us access to the cab”
