“Lets break this down! The website is gorgeous and fun and so detailed in describing the product, so easy to use and navigate, it was a joy ordering coffee beans for my machine! Next my delivery was so quick! I literally was not expecting this parcel, when I saw the pachaging I was thrilled with how beautiful the design was (I have kept the boxes to use at home for other use), also it is all recyclable and sustainable. The product packagin itself was so appealing and I was starting to worry this was to make up for lack of flavour or taste, wrong. The beans themselves have such a jam packed amount of flavour and are exactly how they were described. My partner (who normally has no preference and purchases supermarket beans for his house) even commented saying 'wow that is tasty' and then messaged me that afternoon to say he left my house later to have a second coffee and I need to try the beans as a long black! Last little mention was the communication. I have not had such kind, prompt and genuine customer service for quite some time and this whole experience has blown my mind! You have a lifelong customer!”

“This is our second purchase of Among Friends blend beans. It is a rich & full bodied coffee with a taste of dark chocolate (has to be good for you!) and hazelnut. That is 5 kg in the 2 purchases and it makes the coffee experience much more cost effective than buying it. Still yet to master properly the patterns on top of the coffee but that will be another story”

“Fantastic coffee! Have tried 4 different types of coffee from Brightside now and have not been disappointed with any. The descriptions of each coffee are very acurate which helps majorly with picking the right coffee for your tastes. Love that there are different bag size options and several grind types plus whole beans so you can always find an option that works best for you. Also pricing is super reasonable for the quality of coffee, I find Brightside is more affordable than many other brands. Highly recommend!”
