“The cat harness arrived 2 days later than indicated on invoice. The quality of the item was disappointing as the only adjustment was a flimsy metal spring-clip which would have been on the nape of the cat's neck. We have a very lively 6mo old asiatic who would probably have dislodged the harness within minutes. To make matters worse there was a twist in one of the lead straps between the harness and the clip which prevented it being tightened properly. The item was returned (at my expense) and a Paypal refund was received 6 days later.”

“We purchased the Carlson Tuff Expandable Dog Cat Safety Gate to use with our 9 week old puppy, we have partitioned a part of the kitchen for him & he has no problem with the gate & loves coming in & out the little door. It is a good strong sturdy gate & easy to use. We were very impressed with Buyallmeans who kept us up to date with despatch information etc, Well done.”

“Item was broken on arrival, it was poorly packaged. buyallmeans.co.uk did not respond to my emails to arrange return and refund. Their phone number didn't work either. Thankfully I was able to get a full refund through Paypal. Very disappointing.”

“I bought a Supa Metal Lantern Wild Bird Feeder Seed Feeder. It is very poor quality and drops to bits as soon as you look at it. Takes forever to get back together because the plastic "windows" just fall out and the long screw through the middle of it isn't long enough!. When it fell to bits again yesterday on to my lawn a piece of the metal framework just broke off! OK it was cheap, but it certainly isn't cheerful. I complained just after I bought it and heard nothing in return. Now I shall have to ditch it completely and go and buy a different one which is worth buying. I notice that the one I bought is no longer listed on your website. I wonder why! Will not buy from these people again.”

“Had to choose this option as I have not had my order yet. 1073546. Ordered 26/09 according to ebay delivery is 5-6/10. Your delivery states 3-4 days standard delivery.
