“What i bought was not as advertised. A box was advertised and it came in 2 sachets and was not the cat nip that would have been in that box. Very Very poor quality, no smell what so ever just old brown leaves. I am not happy”

“Ordered and paid for my item straight away. Item didnt arrive by estimated delivery date or a few days after. I contacted the seller twice as did not recieve a reply within a few days so I regretfully left bad feedback as thought I was going to be scammed. Luckily, 2 weeks after original delivery date I recieved a response from seller telling me item had got lost in transit and that I should expect the item within 48 hours. The item did finally arrive. Not a great buying experience, but glad I got my item eventually - thank you!”

“I can't believe I have been emailed for a review?? I haven't received my item despite several emails. I have had no response other than an automated reply sending the same message I had already received with the wrong tracking number! It is clear that you have no idea what is going on as you clearly wouldn't have asked for feedback. I still await my goods or a refund.”
