“I am a first-time customer, and I am happy to say I will be a loyal customer from now on. I have tried a few other places for my products before, but I was never really happy with the service until now. I was helped by a young woman whose name I unfortunately forgot, but her customer service was easily the best I have received in a very long time. I actually worked in sales and was a sales trainer for 27 years, so I was incredibly impressed with her friendly and professional approach. Since I am right on the edge of the delivery zone, the website wouldn't process my order. I called the shop and this woman immediately jumped into problem-solving mode. Between our texts and calls, she handled my order, set up the delivery, and kept me informed every step of the way. Her follow-up was excellent, making sure the delivery went well and, most importantly, that I was satisfied. If this is how she treats every customer, she definitely deserves to be commended. “Found website on Google. Walked the menu, entered an order, and the called for shipping/payment info. This started around 10-11 pst. Customer service on phone told me everything I asked for/needed to know within 5-10 minutes. Prices are crazy low for a hugely respected brand. 1/2 to 2/3 $ local delivery price! Directions were followed. Bottom line, goods were in my hand by 5pm the next day!”

“My order arrived a little over a week after I placed it, I got some kush, one of the cheaper strains. It was pretty decent, decent sized nugs, decently sticky, and smoked pretty well. The nugs we're a little on the darker side, but all that matters is it worked. This wouldn't be my first choice for ordering flower online, BUT if you only have about $120-$200 to spend on flower without crazy expensive shipping or too many fees, it's worth a try!”
