I have never felt abandoned thru the process but it has been slower that my first order. But,I'm placing a new order today so I'm continuing business with them . “Never again. Placed an order after I asked first how long shipping would take roughly. Only to find out after paying that it's actually double that time. Then received email few days later saying shipped, to them 7days later received email saying delay cause wasn't in stock. Fine I asked to cancel my order. They won't give refund nothing. Worse experience”
