“Generally speaking a positive experience and very happy with the items ordered. Order also dispatched quickly from store. However, the head office needs to change their courier for the Glasgow area as they 'don't have vans big enough to carry a kayak'. As a result I had to travel to and collect the kayak from the depot myself and at my own expense, to avoid a potential delay to delivery. This Glasgow specific issue appeared to be an issue that staff were aware of before my order, so should be something that was already corrected. Granted delivery was free, but when spending circa £1700 on an order this is not something that I'd expect to have to do.”

“Ordered and payed for on line. I am close enough to pick up the next day. Turned up collected paddle with no problems usual friendly staff. One little anoyance was a small chip in the top part of the handle where my palm would be. I managed to sort this out at home with a bit of rubbing down but that has took the final finish off a bit. Other than that happy with my dealings with the store.”

“Chosen kayak colour was not in stock...we were told it would be 2 weeks and that is exactly what happened. Sent to us as soon as the Kayak arrived in store - next day delivery. Richard was particularly helpful with advice and steers as to which accessories to buy. Overall, a great service.”
