“I can only say I have received excellent communication and service on my recent Kayak purchase. I enquired on the lead time for a product expecting an email back within a day or two, instead I had a phone call within a couple of hours telling me if I completed my online order the product would be collected from the manufacturer the following day, and despatched. You cannot better service like this - and all with such competitive prices and free shipping. Win, win, win. Well done Canoe & Kayak Store. You get my future business.”

“Very fast delivery but unfortunately the trolley will not fit my Feelfree Moken 10 V2 due to the deep cathedral hull. Even with the adaptor rails the manufacturer admits it would not work properly.”

“5 Stars for Service! The staff at the Canoe and Kayak store were really helpful to get me some specialist replacement parts for my kayak. It involved liaising with the U.K. manufacturer of the boat to get the parts from the original manufacturer in China. I can't thank them enough for all the time they spent and the trouble they went to to get the bits.”
