“With a personal touch and rapid response from ordering to delivery Richard and his team from CKS plus John from the associated north east kayak store managed to fit our lovely hou14 canoe with airbags and ‘hand deliver ‘ it to Inverness (!) in time for Christmas. Many thanks guys, really appreciated!”

“U.S. customer here. Nigel did a superb job communicating with me about the order and was absolutely lovely and kind. My drysuit came quickly (even more quickly than even domestic stateside shipping!), and everything was perfect. The packaging was top-notch, thoughtful, and protected the fragile suit from shipping and unpacking damage. I fully and unhesitatingly recommend the Canoe & Kayak Store. “Outstanding customer service....I ordered some childrens life jackets and by genuine mistake we received 2 adult jackets. I telephoned immediately and another 2 jackets were dispatched the same day and have arrived in plenty of time for Christmas. The adult jackets were so good we ended up buying these as well :) Aaron tracked our parcel the whole way to ensure it did arrive today as planned. Would not hesitate to use this company again, customer service as good as this is very rare , thank you”
