“Shipping rates are outrageous!!”

“You got me with the shipping. Spent about 270 bucks after a discount code only to find out I'm paying $140 for shipping. So, the shipping brings the cost right back to what the discount code took off. You got me this time because I didn't want to go somewhere else and do all the work of selecting product etc. But, I will find somewhere else to shop next time. Nobody is expecting to pay $140 in shipping. That's a ridiculous amount. I wont be back.”

“Canvas came out fine, but when adding things to the cart, I had an option to select a few things re: mailing and prints. I opted out of selecting them but was charged for them anyway. Not sure what they were even for.”

“Your prices are tricky with the discount codes and the shipping and handling charges, seems to be cheaper than expected, but I love the delivered product, so I put up with it. Great job on ALL the canvas prints we received from you guys, from numerous family members. Keep up the great work, we're building our wall of memories!!!”
