I was originally concerned because my order was placed 10/19/25 and I did not receive my prints until 12/15/25. However, Dennis and the customer service team kept me updated and responded to my emails every time I checked in. My first order with Canvas Prints got to me so fast I was probably spoiled from that super fast service. My prints are just how I wanted them and I will use Canvas Prints again.

I've purchased a few dozen canvas prints over the past couple years for my workplace. One one out of 50-ish prints had one printing issue and Customer Service quickly corrected the problem and sent a replacement. Other than that... I have yet been dispointed. The quality is subpurb.

Happy with the price and finished product! Arrived well packaged and in excellent condition. Ours took a while to arrive...nearly 3 months, but they were good at communicating to let us know where our print was. Overall happy with the service and product.
