“This platform is a prime example of poor service and unprofessionalism. They seem more interested in taking your hard-earned money than actually providing support. “I have used various platforms, but this one has provided the worst customer service experience ever. Specifically, I received no customer service at all. I purchased USDT through P2P. I paid the seller, but he did not receive the funds immediately, which meant he couldn't release the funds in the desired timeframe to maintain his good statistics. “I signed up for Capital Ventures to do trades, and upon signing I had to select my country and upload my passport ID (or any other gov. issued document), so I uploaded my passport for verification. After I logged into my account to make a deposit, I selected my currency (since it's on the list, right?) and after I confirmed to pay, I got a message from Capital Ventures saying that my nationality or region is not supported by their service. Seriously? Capital Ventures could not say this before I made a registration and uploaded my passport info?? Why they even allow Serbia on the list to be able to sign up if the service is not possible to be used? What's the point of having account without being able to use it? I won't even comment on their live chat support, down to the bottom worst service. I just have to take up the case to FOS TERBOO N . ORG, FOS TERBOO N . ORG were the one that make sure my money was returned back to my account. Capital Ventures is also a scam like the rest, so everyone should just ignore them.”

“Hello everyone, you're probably not interested in how I'm doing, but I'm not doing well, why? Because Capital Ventures support answers me every 1-2 days, which is very long. They forbade me to withdraw and sell USDT, and because of this I can't pay for my studies. My university has already been reprimanded that if I do not pay for my studies until 30.10.2024, I will be expelled from my university, which is very, very frustrating. PS : With everything I said here 2 months ago, and with all reviews and mails sent to Capital Ventures, they didn't response or resolve my issue. “They are completely fraud people and will call you from different numbers and in video call will not switch on their video and ask you to share screen and anyhow they would find out your other details and fraudulently and take away your money from credit card or debit card, I have to involve the help of Fosterboon.org before I could get all my scammed money back.”
