Trying to return the wrong part was ridiculous, filled out the online returns form, went to drop it off at ECP as per the email "All you need is this return reference" only to get hounded by the ECP staff who wanted a piece of paper I didn't have, tried explaining that the email said all I needed was the reference to get huffed and tutted at several times.

Delivery is quick but unfortunately I had to return the product I ordered and it’s not been over a week and I’m still waiting for a refund.

I have used before and generally been happy but these brake discs arrived in an obviously previously opened box with the discs dirty and stinking of old engine oil (not the protective coating). They were replaced quickly and efficiently but really surprised they sent them out in the first place in the state they were. I want to say how great the returns process was though.

Right so i needed to know if you supplied the other size discs that was needed for my car but i had no answer. When it came to trying to do a returns it said your details were not recognised when there was nothing else to provide for who i was and my order.I had a random msg to say my stuff was being picked up after not getting a reply to some questions i asked .

Perchase Maguire's quick interior detail.
Was opened and foil stuck back down.
Too much effort to send it back and to be fair, who's going to check the returns haven't been opened.

Ordered service items through vehicle reg number and oil filter was wrong. Not only that but it wasnt the brans I ordered. Also returns process is a real pain. Have to arrange courier. Not sure if I would use again. Also filter box had a lot of damage on it.
