“Company is a scam. Sent the wrong part. Reached out serveral times and nothing. Seems that once they have your money that’s it. Filing a complaint with the BBB. they need to be shutdown.”
“Ordered a replacement seat belt system for my 2013 Subaru Crosstrek. Paid at purchase and eventually received the part. Unfortunately, their part has the same symptom mine does for which I was seeking a replacement!
I sent two emails which were never answered explaining this issue with their part and seeking a resolution.
I then went to their website and sent a message via their website which also remains unanswered.
Car Parts Direct has very poor customer relations and even poorer customer communication.
It appears that once they have your money, you are on your own.
I would not suggest this Internet company to anyone. Look elsewhere.”

“I order a part. The part didn't come nor did the respond. I finally received an email that said they could not find my order under my name. Though they took the money from my account and I had a order number 10312 from them for a cradle. I sent proof of Internet receipt, they never emailed nor called back. If you call number you have to leave message no matter what number or extension. This company needs to be closed down and need government involvement into their activities. Don't mess with any company that has no one to answer their phones nor respond in a timely matter to emails. I pray God return to those whom the they done thief by betrayal to seventy times seventy.”
