“Awful customer services once youve signed up. Returned it unused due to business shutting because of illness and invoice for £700 received last week with threats of debt collectors. Should of researched before we signed up as loads of similar complaints online”

The staff is not trained and it looks like they do not share information with each other. 5 different people call in two weeks asking for same documents just to find out that there is a 3rd party involved as well although we did not consent to that!
Less than an hour after posting the review on Trustpilot, a "lady" from Card Saver called to threaten that I will be charged £500 for cancelling the application for the POS if the Trustpilot Review will not be deleted and simply hang up the phone!”
