" I phoned to cancel policy which she did she asked If we would like a quote for partner we said ok I will put you on to quote line before we could ask a question we were back in a queue ( one call ??? Long call) not happy with operator back in que before being asked if there was anything else she she could help with. Poor service.nancy "
