“This was a very straight forward process. I called Carter Vincent with a couple of queries before I completed my application process. I received helpful and polite replies almost instantly. “We had never had to get a Visa before and our cruise line, Holland America, recommended this company. I tried to do it online with little success, so I called the number provided by HA. We discussed all my issues and then the agent sent me all the information that he would need to get the Visa process taken care of. He was very helpful and would call me when ever he was sending me more information. I would use this service again, as well worth the money. I feel secure that we are all set to go and have the paper work to take along in case there is any confusion. Very helpful agent!”

“The process was extremely easy and much cheaper than any other company I had looked at. I also made a small mistake on my application and the company promptly called me to confirm the information before sending my application off. Had they not done this I would have been charged to amend the data or not have been able to enter the country so I am extremely grateful!”
