The whole process was simple and stress free. After providing a few details. I was a choice of collection dates. I picked the next day. Delivery company turned up with secure box for laptop and provided proof of purchase. Good communication on receipt and testing of item .They even increased the offer as it was in better condition then I described. ( How's that for honesty) .Money paid into account. Would definitely recommend.

Incredible service. Was a bit wary to begin with, even with the positive reviews. But very efficient, great customer service. DPD delivery was quick, and I received regular updates. Got paid the full amount promised, only 4 days after DPD collected it. Will definitely use again if needed.
