“My friends and I decided to do an IQ test through cerebrum as it was supposed to be cheap. At the end, it turns out it's a subscription service but you can cancel at anytime. Not a problem, so my friend and I subscribed with their trial period thinking it'll be easy to cancel if we decide to stop. NOPE! They hide where to unsubscribe so it's not easily accessible. We had to unsubscribe through their chat bot (weird but okay) and then I can't find anywhere where they are holding onto my card info. It's not even easy to login to my account! They lock you out of login in if you have 'more than one session open' or if you've logged in 'too many times'. Feels like they're just trying to scam $20 a week out of me. Not cool bruh.”
