“Decent brain training, but the report could be more detailed”

“I've been using it for a few months now, and while some of the games are fun, I'm left feeling skeptical about their actual benefits. As someone with a background in psychology, I was hoping for more transparency about the research behind each exercise. The platform claims to improve cognitive function, but there's little information provided on how exactly this happens. I've noticed some small improvements in my daily life, but it's hard to tell if it's from the app or just a placebo effect”
