“The 7kw Charger Unit is an excellent product. The App supporting usage, cost and "saving" against fossil fuel is useful. The hardware is reliable and I look forward to a roll-out of lutra-fast chargers units in the North of England”

“I had an issue with the unit which wasn’t charging properly. BP came out quickly and checked the unit. It turned out to be a fault with the car. Good service on the phone and face to face”
