“Very helpful and polite staff who were able to organise my exchange efficiently. Lovely soft leather very comfortable. Surprisingly un-butch looking for a man's shoe. Can only afford them if in the sale however. Thankyou cheerful soles .”

“Customer service was helpful with my enquiry on sizing. This is my second pair of Joya trainers. I have flat foot and bunion, but Joya makes brisk walking a bliss for me. It's true that walking in Joya is like walking on clouds. My order took 14 days to arrive. Not sure if it's due to Covid-19.”

“I phoned up to get some advice on the best choice of shoes for my next purchase and was extremely impressed. These guys really listen and know their stuff. “Great shoes! After ankle fusion finding something comfortable is like finding a needle in a haystack - these trainers do the job perfectly! So well I'm even considering ordering another pair for when these are old, are they a standard well stocked item?!”

Hi Charlotte, this is Jo from Cheerful Soles. That's great news to hear that you have found something that works with what sounds like a really painful condition. The Waldlaufer Rocker sole range has sold really well this season and though we can't guarantee that the exact colour / style will be available, we certainly plan to continue with the rocker sole range and so will have Autumn / Winter and Spring / Summer versions on the site. “I absolutely NEVER buy shoes online as, for me, the fit is the most important thing. However, having had increasing mobility issues and being prevented from regular shopping by Covid-19, I took the plunge, and am delighted! All five pairs fit well and are comfortable from the first wearing. Very happy to recommend you.”

“Excellent service very friendly staff ( I think I spoke to Kate) when I rang up to ask about changing the first shoes that I ordered for another pair in a bigger size. Then she emailed me to tell me that she had got the shoes I returned and my new ones were on their way. Marvellous to deal with a human being instead of a bloody computer all the time. I felt very relaxed about the whole purchase. My wife’s shoes were excellent to. Will be back for more Joys shoes.”
