Always great customer service and swift delivery. Personally I would like a larger range of Alegria shoes and sandals to be available, but appreciate they stock other brands also which, regrettably, are not suitable for me. Free returns would be great, but they’re only a small business, so I get it.

Excellent company - the ordering and returns processes are very efficient. The standard of the footwear is excellent too, but sadly they were unsuitable for my very problematical feet. I can thoroughly recommend Cheerful Soles, and I have no doubt I’ll be ordering from them again.

My only quibble was that I had to pay for return shipping but that is clearly stated on the site and it's only that so many places offer free returns that this seemed a little out of step (pun acknowledged).

Disappointed that returns were not free this year. Bought shoes last year and returns were free. There was nothing to inform this had changed. Had I been aware I would not have ordered shoes.

I ordered some Alegria Clogs for my mum as a gift, but sadly got the wrong size so had to return them. Delivery and returns are very easy with cheerful soles. Thank you so much for an excellent service! Will be letting mum choose her own Alegria's next time ;)
