“I had seen Cherished Vehicle Insurance Services articles in the MGCC Safety Fast magazine. When the NFU increased my premium last year by £200 because I told them I'd gained an SP30 this year I thought I'd look at CVIS especially as the NFU wanted over £925 to cover MGTF 80th Anniversary and 2018 Vauxhall Astra 1.4 Turbo. After contacting CVIS via their website Kaylan phoned me at the suggested time and asked all the usual questions, said he would obtain a quote and call me back. When he called back we went through the details and changed one or two. Everything was easy and Kaylan was very professional with excellent customer skills. After a day or so I called CVIS to arrange cover and again spoke to Kaylan and cover was arranged within five or ten minutes even with changing another detail and a recalculation. All in all a very good experience, would definitely recommend CVIS. I hope I never have to find out how good their claims department are but am confident that everything would be handled in the same excellent way. Just sent in photos of MG so that they can decide on agreed value.”
