“Love that the furniture is ready made and very good quality.”

“The furniture is lovely, good quality and arrived in good condition. As described on the website. One of the door handles is slightly wonkey but no one else has noticed as it's subtle so I'm going to keep it as it is. The only down side to buying from Chiltern Oak is the limited delivery options. I was told they only deliver to my area on a Tuesday so I had to wait an extra month to receive my furniture when I was on annual leave from work. Considering I had many other days during the week and at weekends free I didn't feel this was the best customer service for this day and age. When it did arrive it turned up in the timeslot we had arranged.”

“One of the best companies I have ever dealt with. Very user friendly website and the delivery was exactly as they said with two great guys bringing right into house and telling us to keep box in case anything wrong and pointing out number to phone, not that we have ever had to return anything. Definitely use again.”
