“Stay clear as this has been the biggest nightmare of my life. They trick you into investing with all their lies and tactics. They are not a real company and have no address as the FCA warned me they are a scam. I tried to close my account and withdraw when I had over €445k but they continued to make excuses not to give me my money. The platform is fake your money does not go in the market they steal your money through opening a cointandem account and buy bitcoins with your money into different bitcoin wallet addresses. The company credit is fake, the bank details are not theirs it’s cointandems. They knew I had a daughter and I was unwell and they continued to gaslight me. “In 2021, I chose chirongroup for trading and, although it initially seemed like a good platform, I soon encountered serious technical issues, particularly with take profit and stop loss orders, which often didn’t work correctly, causing me to lose money. The technical support is among the worst I’ve ever experienced, despite using four other trading platforms. While the platform’s structure is well-designed, these technical problems are not limited to trading—they also extend to registration, copy trading, and other features, none of which work reliably. “They let you deposit anyway you want, if you are from a sanctioned country you can deposit with an exchange office they will address to!But when you want to withdraw your money, they will not let you withdraw by the methods that are available on the platform. “Ho fatto tre bonifici a tre diversi intermediari pari a 7000 euro. Sulla piattaforma avevo 14000 euro. Ho chiesto un prelievo di 5000 euro. Il mio broker, tale Luigi Bruni mi ha fatto fare un altro bonifico di 2100 euro per poter cambiare le criptovalute in euro per un anno intero. Poi improvvisamente si è reso irreperibile.
