It is a good site but I find if I'm play on my phone it freezes

Hi Jonathan, Thank you for giving us a heads up on this one. Since you made the review we have gone to great lengths to avoid issues on the mobile platform and you will find that freezing issues are now very rare. We are also launching a Circus Bingo App in the very near future so this should also make issues very few and far between. Hollie-VIP Manager

Horrible site won't be recommending to any of my friends will be warning people you take people's winnings unfairly won money on your site and disgustingly I couldn't have any of it due to unfair reason you shouldn't be allowed to run these site I will be making a petition try stop these sites

Can't cash in my loyalty points iv tried lots of time and have no idea how to play pulls nuts! Keep trying it nothing moves

Beware of Cassava run sites if you join more than 1 your at risk of having your accounts blocked for using there "joining Bonus" and the possibility of them keeping your funds. Even though there marketing dept keep sending you emails to join there other sites Approach with catuaion

No mobile site can't log in in Canada . I not satisfied over all.

Hi Thomas, I am sorry to hear you have had issues with connecting on a mobile device in Canada. I have spoken to our developers and a player based in Canada who have stated when typing in www.circusbingo.com it takes you to a Login/Sign Up page which outside of the UK is standard proceedure. Once logged in you are able to play the platform without issue. The device being used could also be potentially causing an issue. Please do let me know if there is still and issue, but we do have players from Canada that use the mobile platform so i'm curious to investigate this further. At first I thought circus bingo was the best I'd joined, but didn't stay that way.NO overall satisfaction, no after service etc etc

Hi Joanne, Thank you for the feedback on your player experience at Circus. As VIP manager, i am interested in hearing from people who feel unsatisfied by what we do and you comments do urge me to ask you to drop me a line if you can. I'd like to know from you exactly why you feel this and i can set about trying to resolve this and improving things.
