“I can't speak highly enough of the customer service provided on the telephone by Dinesh. I tried desperately to get this particular shirt but it was sold out everywhere. Dinesh managed to find me one in the right size, took my details and the shirt was with me by courier the next morning. He went above and beyond the normal service given by companies and I want to thank him for such wonderful service. To Claudio, you need to give Dinesh a raise !! The quality and workmanship put into these shirts is gold standard. Your first shirt will definitely not be your last. I made my husband's year by getting him the Mapping musicians & Tube map print shirt and it is amazing, fits well, colourful and a brilliant talking point when out with friends. He's always been a shirt "Peacock" but this one will forever be his favourite.”

“Fantastic shirts as ever love them... However if you have a voucher as a gift i.e paid £50 for it you then cant use any discount codes?? Because system wont allow this.. Totally wrong way to do business I can appreciate it if voucher was cheaper to purchase!”

“Normally buy my Claudio shirts from a local shop but this was the first time ordering directly online. Placed the order about 1.30pm and the shirt was delivered at 8am next day. Great service and will definitely order direct in future”

“I am disappointed that a promotion advertised on Facebook for 20% off was not honoured. I contacted Customer services and they promised to respond but didnt. I dont think this is very good service for a first time customer. I dont plan to come back!”

“Their shirts & service are top drawer, (no pun intended) I have about a dozen Lugli's now & bought my last on a lucky dip. It's not my favourite pattern, & was hoping for something darker, but that the gamble you take.It's still a Lugli & still a bargain for the price”

“After receiving my shirt I had to send back due to me changing my mine! I contacted the office and they assured me they would send another one on next day delivery and that’s exactly what happened! Lovely guy I spoke to on the phone Who was very patient and reassuring bearing in mind I was fretting as this was a Christmas present! Excellent customer service and I will be buying again from this company!! Awesome 👏”
