“The quality of the shirts is very good. Periodically the designs are impressively imaginative, large sweeping patterns, though recently they have started to be small repetitive patterns, which I find rather dull.”

“I’ve bought so many shirts over the years and all have been excellent value and quality. The service is fantastic and the family run business certainly value your custom. I wouldn’t buy shirts from anywhere else. If you want to stand out, be different and wear a statement shirt look no further!”

“Hi. I do buy a good bit of Claudio shirts and jackets but was upset to see a white jacket on your website advertisement page with musical symbols on but when I phoned to enquire I was told it was not on the actual website shop and that you only had 2 left (not in my size) which upset me a little bit to think I didn't have access on your on line shop as such to purchase one.”

“This silver surfer may have been a little harsh with you. I was designing websites in the late nineties long before many had heard of www. Ease of understanding and use was always top of the list. If folk can't find what they want in the first thirty seconds there's a 50/50 chance of losing them. Your site fulfils all of those and some. So does the quality of goods, everything is top notch, as too is the service I get from the staff at Porters in Ilkley.”

“We have bought many shirts, suits and jackets from Claudio Lugli over the years. They are excellent value and excellent fit and quality. My husband gets compliments every time he wears them. A great choice of patterns and colours and they sand out from the crowd. Most recently we have bought a number of face masks which are an excellent fit, comfortable and stylish. They wash well and are easy to iron. A great buy. Great quality again from Claudio Lugli. Very satisfied and will definitely buy from this company again and again.”

“I was delighted with the quality of this shirt-for 3 reasons. Firstly, it’s extremely well-made: I imagine that it will last for years. Second, the cotton sateen is superb quality: good weight, colour fast and washes well. Third, it has a host of design details, like the contrasting inner cuffs, collar and placket. Really excellent.”

“Great looking shirt. Love the details. Wish the inside wasn’t white so when the shirt is worn open necked then you would still have pattern on the inside. Nice soft materials. If in doubt go bigger.”

“Lovely shirts & when there was a glitch with my recent order, it was sorted out very quickly after a phone call from their Customer Services Managdr & by way of apology, I was offered any other shirt at a discounted price. Good recovery, I’d say!”
