“Love the shirts. Ordered 2 and exchanged one. Customer service kept in contact and helped with my export to the EU issues. Despite my problem taking some time to sort out (from my end) they were very patient. I would definitely recommend them.”

“Wonderful products, next day delivery and a perfect fit. Customer service was amazing when I received the wrong item, they offered a full refund + postage and informed me that they actually organise collection of any refunds so definitely worth calling them first in case of any issues. The person I spoke to was so nice and we received all of items in less than 24 hours, just in time for a family wedding and the whole outfit looked even nicer in person and was a perfect fit. My dad has bought many Claudio Lugli shirts over the years but never made a purchase online before and I have to say he was thrilled with the whole experience. 5* for quality, customer service and delivery”
