“While I am happy with my purchase ( Chinos ) I had to return my order due to incorrect size and although the process was straightford and resposnsive I had to pay £9.00 postage to protect my purchase nad you do not offer free returns”

“These shirts are as always really good quality. I have a few and they wash and wear really well. They always keep their amazing colours. However on this occasion the shirt was too tight on me and no larger size available. Really disappointed.”

“Love the shirt’s got twelve of them up to now . Feel great wearing them . Would buy more but every time I try too online there website messes up ,so limited to what I sein the odd shop that sells them . Do think a fair number of the designs are a bit Halloween inspired to many sculls and snakes! I wear them every day.”

“Hi there You guys have excellent shirts for sure .... but .... I returned 3 out of 4 shirts by registered post from Brampton on the 5th July 2024 and still have not received a credit note. I would like to purchase more shirts but cannot do so until I hear back from you. Having spent over STG300 I really would appreciate any help you can provide please Order Dispatched #57157 (WEB57157)”

“Shirts are five star. Absolutely excellent. I'd welcome more short sleeved ones as they mainly make them long sleeved, but they're all first class. Customer service, unfortunately, is not very good. Sometimes they help, sometimes they don't. I've complained about my Claudio shoes - which have faded - and they fail to reply. I won't be buying any more Claudio shoes. The shirts, nevertheless, are the best.”

“The quality of the shirts are very good indeed … there does need to be a little more clarification on the sizing … slightly on the slimmer side and tapered … needs to be clear as you need to order a size bigger than usual … the quality however is flawless and I highly recommend”

“I love the shirts. The quality and variety of designs is superb. The website, I'm afraid lets you down a bit. I had to reorder because a shirt shown as in stock wasn't and despite putting in filters, the site still shows items that aren't in stock and ignores filters. Delivery and service were fine though.”

“Fantastic quality and unique designs, only drawback is delivery is nearly 3 times it used to be, unwarranted as I know from working in logistics delivery should not be more than 6 pounds instead of 15.”

“Bought as a Christmas present for my partner. He absolutely loves it! Gorgeous colour, details of stitching, buttons, collar, etc. Lovely fabric. Fits well, perfect L size. It was very well packed. Reason I haven't given it 5 stars is, as we were new to the clothes, didn't know whether would be the right fit, the refund policy is quite rigid so felt that it would put people off from buying it. Will order more for his birthday end of the month.”
