Excellent service from Nad. 5 star 🌟 although extremely disappointed that a returns label 🏷 is not supplied & worst to come a £ 12 pound odd 2nd class return delivery Bill which I think is rather poor for high end tailoring, when example Joe Brown that I use a lot do not charge for returns & supply a returns label

Love the shirts - great designs. However they charge a lot for returns. Most other online retailers do not do this. Also very disappointed with the severe shrinkage on the plain colour shirts despite following the washing and care directions card to the letter.

Not great. Delivery was quick but shirt just turned up in a plastic delivery bag. The shirt fit was great, very clingy, so have returned. You have to pay for and arrange returns yourself. All I'm all not a great experience for a shirt that cost £90
”

The item I ordered was too small so it had to be returned and there was no other size available to exchange, although I was refunded for the purchase swiftly I am still out of pocket by £13 as delivery was £6 and it cost £7 to return the item, most other companies offer free returns ??
